Faith Fuels Our Success

The world isn't getting easier. And the Church can't afford to go through the motions.

The economy is shifting. Culture is pushing back. And somewhere between the quarterly reports and Sunday service, it's easy to feel like you're doing it all alone and losing ground.

But Jesus said, occupy until I come.

So how do we build thriving businesses, disciple our families, and stay holy in a world that wants us to quietly shed who we are?

Together, we'll answer these questions during the Canadian Christian Faith & Entrepreneurs Forum.

The marketplace is where most of us spend the bulk of our waking hours.

And where we meet people who might never walk into a church. That's not a detour from the mission. Business is a sphere where we live out the Great Commission and steward the gifts God entrusted to us.

"Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

1 Corinthians 10:31

We're not Christians who happen to run businesses. This is our ministry. We're not behind the pulpit, we're on the front lines, in the marketplace, face to face with the brokenness of the world every single day.

At this forum, you'll find your people. Leaders who refuse to separate faith from the bottom line. Entrepreneurs who know that profit, purpose, and holiness aren't in conflict, they are the calling.

Come ready to be sharpened and find your community.

It's time to remember, you were never meant to do this alone.

From One Room to a Movement

It started with prayer, and a hope that more than my ten best friends would attend.

The vision was fuzzy. Just a God-given conviction that Christian entrepreneurs needed each other. So I planned a gathering.

101 curious entrepreneurs walked through the door that day. CEOs and startup founders. Artists, retailers and service providers. Different industries and seasons all sharing purpose: to build businesses that glorify God and refuse to apologize for it.

And then the giving started.

Our community rallied around Safe Hope Home, a ministry serving women escaping trafficking. What began as an idea became a heartbeat. Proof that when faith-driven businesses thrive, the Kingdom advances. Profit became purpose. Success became service.

Today, over 400 faith-focused entrepreneurs are part of this community. What God multiplied from one room is now a movement, and October 3rd, 2026 is the next chapter.

You're invited to be part of it.

Who We Are

A community of Christian entrepreneurs who refuse to leave their faith at the office door.

Minding HIS Business exists for the entrepreneur who sees their company as a calling, their profit as a tool, and the marketplace as a mission field. We believe generosity drives growth, that biblical wisdom is the sharpest business strategy available, and a thriving business in the hands of a faithful believer is one of the most powerful forces for good in the world.

We are not a Christian club that happens to talk about business. We are builders, leaders, on the front-line of marketplace ministry, occupying ground in industries that desperately need the light we carry.

This is our ministry. This is our moment.

Nicole Richards, Founder of Minding HIS Business

In a world that wants us to choose between faith and success, we choose both.

As a Christian entrepreneur, have you ever felt like you didn't fully belong in either your business or your church community? At some point in my journey, I began feeling the stretch of straddling two worlds.

My entrepreneur friends weren't believers and my Christian friends weren't entrepreneurs. I felt disjointed, unauthentic and alone.

But Jesus said, occupy until I come.

What does that mean? How do we build thriving businesses, disciple our families, and stay holy in a world that wants us to quietly shed who we are?

Business is our sphere where we live out the Great Commission and steward the gifts God entrusted to us.

We're not Christians who happen to run businesses. This is our ministry. If you don't see your calling behind the pulpit, in the nursery on Sunday or on a missions trip? We see you. We know you're on the front lines of the marketplace, face to face with the brokenness of the world every single day.

So I went on a journey…

To find like-minded entrepreneurs who wanted to grow in our faith, add profit in our business and find direction and strength in our Lord.

My journey and faith took me into creating the Minding HIS Business community. We're on a mission. I hope you'll join us.

Every Forum since has been designed with intention: spiritually, strategically, and generously.

"Scripture isn't just my moral compass. It's my business manual."
